Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026 (newsletter section added)

This policy covers this website and "Pixel Punk Publisher", the private tool Pixel Punk Studio uses to publish its own promotional posts on Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok.

Who uses the tool

Pixel Punk Publisher is used only by Pixel Punk Studio, to post to Pixel Punk Studio's own social media accounts. It is not offered to other users and no one else can sign in to it.

What data is used

When we connect our own accounts, the platforms (Pinterest, Instagram/Meta, TikTok) give the tool access tokens and basic account information (account ID, username, list of our boards). The tool uses them only to publish our posts (images, videos, titles, descriptions and links to our books) and to check that they were published.

What we do not do

We do not collect, read, store or share any data about other users, followers or visitors. We do not sell data, use advertising trackers or build profiles. This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect only your email address, to send you new releases, free puzzles and offers (one email a month at most). Subscriptions are handled by our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the address on our behalf under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes you from our list. We never sell or share your address.

Free downloads

The free printable puzzles can be downloaded without giving any personal information.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored only on Pixel Punk Studio's own computer, protected by its user account, and are never published or shared. Images posted to Instagram are temporarily hosted on this website because Instagram requires a public image address.

Removing access

We can revoke the tool's access at any time from each platform's settings (connected apps), which deletes its tokens' validity.
